Šatas Legal traces its origins to 2020, when its founder, attorney-at-law Edvinas Šatas, established his law office under that name. From the outset, we have worked with technology startups, Web3 projects and early-stage investors.
He began his legal career in 2013 as an intern at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Lithuania. In 2015, he joined TEGOS, previously known as Tark Grunte Sutkiene and TGS Baltic, and later joined WINT Law Firm, where he was part of the team from its inception.
From 2020 to 2026, Šatas Legal operated as the law office of Edvinas Šatas. In 2026, the practice continued as the newly established Šatas Legal law firm.
